How to stay ahead of the competition: don't miss next week's Digital Summit
A stellar line-up of digital marketing, revenue management and loyalty experts has been confirmed for next week's Digital Summit.
Fred Sirieix (pictured) from Galvin at Windows, GLH Hotels' Chris Hewertson and Deliveroo's Nick Green will be among the experts and operators addressing the latest innovations, through a series of presentations and panel sessions.
The one-day conference, taking place at Kings Place in London on 25 May, will explore how to manage modern digital marketing, thrive in the digital age and generate loyalty through contemporary revenue management.
Hewertson will appear on a panel that will consider how hospitality businesses can create a connected guest experience and simplify the journey from booking, through payment to feedback.
Meanwhile, Galvin at Windows general manager Fred Sirieix will explore the merits of when, and how, to outsource social media. He will also share his insight into how to empower teams to take impeccable service standards from the dining room and into cyberspace.
The packed agenda also includes tips on appealing to millennials, how best to analyse costs to profit without compromising the guest experience, and a look into the future of technology in hospitality.
The Caterer's deputy editor James Stagg said: "Through a series of lively, engaging and practical sessions, the Digital Summit will provide delegates with all the tools need to stay ahead of the competition.
"A host of inspirational speakers will address business critical issues, such as employing technology to differentiate your offer, dealing with social media disasters and analysing customer data to generate loyalty and profits."
