Hotelympia 10k website launched

Runners in next year's Hotelympia 10k can now register for the race online after the launch of a dedicated website.

Those interested in taking part in the 10k run can log onto www.hotelympia10k.com and register for the race which takes place on 17 February 2008.

Spaces are limited to 1,000 runners and the final details of the route will be posted on the site nearer the time.

Anne Pierce, chief executive of Springboard Charitable Trust, said: "We have already attracted great support in terms of sponsorship and encouragement. After feedback from last year's inaugural race, we've made some significant changes such as reducing the entry fee and planning a new route out and back from Excel.

Aga Foodservice Equipment, Bunzl, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Heinz Foodservice and Solo Cup Europe are sponsors for 2008's event and the Craft Guild of Chefs will be staging the post race party.

If you'd like to register you interest to sponsor or support the race, e-mail felicity@leapfrogpr.com
