Hospitality training provider Off To Work launches six new free skills videos online

Hospitality training provider Off To Work (OTW) has produced six new step-by-step online videos explaining how to master key industry skills.

Each task is presented by someone with experience in the role - for example, the flat white demo comes from current barista Thomas "Ricco" Reid, while the hair bun is demonstrated on hair model Susanna Bom.

The new skills join OTW's other online videos, which include tips on how to open and pour wine and champagne, how to tie a Double Windsor tie knot, and how to clear five plates at once.

Commenting on the new tips, OTW's service development director Matthew Hubbard said: "An open resource for all in the hospitality industry, [the new videos] help to deliver the exacting standards we believe in and enable amazing experiences for our clients and their guests."

OTW operates workshops from the London Irish Centre in Camden, London, and provides training on all aspects of front and back of house operations.

The videos can be found on the OTW website.
