Hospitality Solutions wins contract for Coronation Cup polo event

Foodservice company Hospitality Solutions has won the hospitality contract for the Coronation Cup, part of the Audi International Polo Series at Guards' Polo Club Windsor.

The company, which is part of the Crown Group, will take care of ticket sales, logistics and catering of the July event. More than 500 guests are expected to attend, with each ticket costing £385.

Packages include BBQs, VIP tickets and an after-match party, delivered by international bar brand Buddha Bar.

The company will aim to create a luxurious experience, and expects to arrange the event so that guests will be able to watch the match directly from their marquee.

Charles Beer, managing partner of the Crown Group, said that Hospitality Solutions had strong experience with sporting events, such as Henley Regatta.

He added: "This is a fantastic annual event and we are thrilled to be associated with delivering the VIP hospitality packages."
