Hospitality 2005 will provide operators with access to more than 350 suppliers from the hospitality and food service industry. Exhibitors include manufacturers and distributors of food, drink, furniture, furnishings, tableware, catering equipment, facilities management and technology solutions.

In addition to establishing contacts, generating business and exchanging ideas, those attending can also watch some "culinary theatre". It will stage 15 competitions for chefs of all levels. Points will be awarded for versatility and innovation.

A design showcase will allow visitors to talk with designers of fittings for bars, restaurants and hotels. Seminars include "Putting the ‘wow' back into your restaurant", "Bars with style and attitude", and "The psychology of sound."

A healthy eating advice centre provides information about the latest issues surrounding good eating and how to promote best practice in the foodservice industry.

A spa showcase will give an outline of the entire spa market and provide you with an insight into how to access its untapped potential.

In addition there will be a series of seminars to provide food for thought. Titles include "The US Foodservice Market - Trends en Route to the UK", "The Customer of the Future", and "Whose Liver is it Anyway?"
