Harrison Catering launches Street Feast concept
Harrison Catering Services has launched its new Street Feast concept across its business and industry and education sites.
The caterer's chefs have taken inspiration from the ongoing popularity of street food and launched a range of pop-up concept bars that aim to showcase popular and authentic cuisines and flavours that are designed to be hand-held and eaten on the go.
"Our customers' tastes are constantly changing, so staying on top of the latest food trends and looking for creative ways to bring them to our dining facilities is a vital part of our business," said Mark Stower, Harrison's director of food and service.
"Street Feast is another way we innovate our food offer and showcase different international cuisines, and it has been a great success, with significant sales increase and an undeniable buzz wherever we have introduced it."
Harrison has invested in a branded Piaggio van that travels around each of its sites. The van contains all the equipment needed to deliver the numerous concepts and also provides an additional service point.
