Graysons signs Kimberly Clark catering contract

Graysons Restaurants has won a new contract with sanitary products supplier Kimberly Clark worth £1.1m.

Working in partnership with facilities management provider Facilicon, Graysons picked up the three-year deal from incumbent operator Sodexo.

The caterer will provide staff restaurant and hospitality services to around 300 Kimberly Clark employees from today (1 October).

Commenting on the win Graysons managing director Tim O'Neill said it was the caterer's "innovation and focus on quality fresh food, cooked from the best seasonal ingredients that meant it stood out from the crowd."

The caterer sold its education business to the Brookwood Partnership earlier this year, which led to industry speculation that it may be looking for a buyer for the remaining part of the company. But the company's management said at the time that it took the decision to shed the education business in order to concentrate its on its business & industry and event catering sectors.
