Compass Group and WSH were the big winners at tonight's Foodservice Cateys, picking up five and four awards each at a glittering awards dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel.

Nick Vadis, executive chef at Compass, was named Chef of the Year, while the Group took home the CSR and Procurement awards.

Its executive dining brand Restaurant Associates was named Business & Industry Caterer of the Year while its reception services brand Rapport saw its team at Tower 42 win the Front of House Team of the Year category.

Meanwhile WSH's B&I brand BaxterStorey celebrated as Jamie Stevenson, general manager at law firm Burges Salmon, was awarded Catering Manager of the Year, and account manager Michele Ribaudo won the Regional Manager of the Year Catey.
