Chefs, managers and confectioners have until the end of the week to register to compete in Skills Challenge 2006.
The deadline to enter is 24 March and details of the events can be found at www.skillschallengecompetitions.org.uk/
Categories include cookery, restaurant service, confectioner/pastry cook and event management.
Hospitality regional heats take place in May 2006, with the final competition to be held in June 2006 at Thomas Danby College.
Those wishing to enter event management, which is a passive competition, have until 5 May 2006.
