Easy-fit water boilers from Pantheon

Water boilers are the best way of producing enough hot water for constant tea-making but the need to hard-wire them and plumb them into the mains water supply can be problematic for small- and medium-sized caterers. Help is now at hand from Pantheon, which offers a line of plug-in, manual-fill boilers.
The PU-200 will heat up four gallons of water in 30 minutes and has a 267mm diameter and a 549mm height. The PU-300 has a six-gallon capacity, a 40-minute brew time, and dimensions of 385mm (diameter) and 486mm (height). The list prices are £174 and £184 respectively.
