Better Tasting Snack Foods specialises in potato crisps and other snacks, including its new range of vegetable crisps, Glennans. The crisps include beetroot, parsnips, carrot and sweet potato and are available in 20g bags or 600g catering buckets. The raw veg is washed and sliced in its skin, then lightly fried in sunflower oil and tossed in sea salt.
