CH&Co Group to launch training programme and chef academy
CH&Co Group will be launching a training programme and chef academy in partnership with national education and training provider Learning Curve Group (LCG).
The collaboration will provide apprenticeships and accredited training to front and back-of-house employees across the contract caterer's business portfolio.
It will also see the creation of CH&Co Group's first chef academy, which will provide places for 50 trainee chefs to undertake a one-year level 2 professional cookery apprenticeship. The academy will include a week-long residential training period and will support the ongoing professional development of chefs already working within the business.

CH&Co Group employees nearly 5,000 people and operates at more than 450 locations across the UK and Ireland. Its clients include law firms, energy companies, call centres, schools, tourist destinations and conference and event spaces.
