Charity Awareness Survey

We would be grateful if you could consider completing a short, confidential questionnaire to help The Caterer Group better understand your awareness of hospitality industry charities, reasons for supporting charities and factors that are important to you when supporting a charity.

The information you give will be used only in aggregate form and your views will be completely confidential. The survey should only take about five minutes to complete. This survey is being conducted by an independent research agency and your answers will be treated with total confidence. The findings will be analysed and presented in aggregate form only.

To show our appreciation for your help, all responses received will be entered into a draw with a first prize of £200 and two runners up prizes of £50. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
