Caterlink wins £1.4m Bristol schools contract

Foodservice firm Caterlink has won a contract worth nearly £1.4m to provide school meals to a group of schools in the Bristol area.

Caterlink will provide the catering for all of the schools in the Lighthouse Schools Partnership multi academy trust (MAT), which includes High Downs schools (both junior and infants schools), St Mary's CEVA primary school, St Peters Church of England school, and Portishead primary school.

The contract will run for three years with the option to extend for a further term depending on performance.

A total of four firms put in bids for the deal.

Caterlink declined to comment.
