Ampersand extends deal with No.11 Cavendish Square
Ampersand and No.11 Cavendish Square have agreed a contract renewal worth £5.4m.
The new three-year deal will see Ampersand continue to provide catering and hospitality services at the venue. The original contract began eight years ago and the extension will take the partnership to 11 years.
Jonathan Morris (pictured, left), commercial director of No.11 Cavendish Square, said that all four caterers shortlisted in the tender process had come back with impressive pitches.
"We were won over by Ampersand's diverse range of extra touches that will see No.11 rival the catering and hospitality services of the best boutique London hotels," he explained. "Going forward we want No.11 to be seen as a truly landmark event venue that brings affordable luxury to clients' events."
Ampersand's managing director Paul Jackson and new director of operations Martin Dibben (pictured, right) were focused on finding the ‘wow' factors that would help them retain the business.
Jackson said: "Gary Devereaux, our executive head chef, has created bespoke menus that reflect the trends found in the best restaurants right now - themed tasting dishes and small plates, for example - ideas that really work for canapés and receptions with a difference.
"Above all, our emphasis is on affordable luxury supported by well trained and enthusiastic five-star staff."
