Ampersand appoints Martin Dibben director of operations
Event and venue caterer Ampersand has appointed Martin Dibben as director of operations. Assuming responsibility for a range of prestigious venues in central London, he joins from Artizan, the business and industry caterer, where he was responsible for innovating the food and beverage operations. Prior to that he owned and managed Dibbens, a successful restaurant nicknamed "The Ivy of the City" in Smithfield Market.
