What are the Acorn Awards?
The Acorn Awards are given every year to 30 people under the age of 30, in recognition of their commitment and devotion to the hospitality industry.
These winners are the very best in their class, representing a host of positions, from head chefs and housekeepers to night managers and regional sales directors.
All nominations are scrutinised and judged by a panel of industry leaders, including a representative from the previous yearÁ¢ÂÂs Acorn winners.
