A levels in tourism?

Having taught for several years at a number of schools and colleges throughout the Midlands, I've found that the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry has progressed rapidly. This is a very positive sign for the industry, and something we can all be proud of.

So isn't it now time to introduce various GCSE and A level courses in tourism, hospitality and leisure so they're available to students aged 11 to 18? This would encourage more young people to enter the industry and help end the skills shortages.
