12 Loch Fyne oysters – by Jim Greenway

1. Mix together 1tbs lemon juice, a splash of Tabasco and ½tbs whisky.
2. Open oysters and drizzle with above. Add black pepper.
3. Serve with Black Velvet.
4. Pour into Champagne glass, adding equal measures of Champagne and Guinness.
