Fatto a Mano to open permanent London site
Pizza and craft beer brand Fatto a Mano will be opening its first permanent London site in King's Cross this June, adding to the group's portfolio in Brighton and Hove as well as stands in BoxPark Croydon and Shoreditch.
The menu will feature classic pizzas alongside pizzas with ‘modern' toppings and a monthly special. Vegan pizzas will include Fatto a Mano's tomato and olive ‘nduja. As with all Fatto a Mano pizzerias, the dough will be made fresh every day and proved for at least 24 hours.
Craft beers on tap will include Fatto Bionda Pilsner brewed by Harbour Brewing Co of Cornwall; Joosy Hazy Pale from UnBarred; and KBirr's #cuoredinapoli APA. Sharing bottles will be served from a collection of Italian craft breweries.
Founder Rupert Davidson said: "Fatto Pizza & Beer matches the best of pizza and independent craft beer, keeping it simple with a short menu. Pizzerias in Naples have served pizza and beer as the perfect combination for over half a century - we can't wait to bring our take on this to King's Cross."
