Dominic Greechan promoted to head chef of the Little Chartroom

Dominic Greechan has been promoted to head chef of the Little Chartroom restaurant in Edinburgh, opened by Roberta and Shaun Hall-McCarron in 2018.

The restaurant moved to a larger space in the city last month, with the original Little Chartroom site to relaunch as Eleanore in December.

Roberta Hall-McCarron said: "It's very exciting to be able to reward Dominic for all his hard work since joining the team by promoting him to head chef. He is a very talented chef and I am looking forward to watching him grow into his new role."

Since opening, the Little Chartroom has been listed in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland's 2019 and 2020 editions.

Hall-McCarron also represented Scotland in the BBC's Great British Menu in 2020 and 2021 and had a dish served at the final banquet both years.

See the 22 October issue of The Caterer for an interview with Roberta and Shaun Hall-McCarron.
