Dayer's awarded Go-Ahead London contract

Workplace caterer Dayer's has been awarded the catering contract for bus company Go-Ahead London across its eight depots in the capital.

Dayer's, part of the Crown Partnership, will provide catering services for Go-Ahead London's drivers, management and staff in Bexleyheath, Camberwell, Merton, New Cross, Putney, Stockwell, Sutton and Northumberland Park.

Go-Ahead London is the largest bus operator in the capital, providing nearly a quarter of London's buses, operating more than 2,200 buses and employing more than 7,000 staff.

The on-site Dayer's team will offer freshly cooked meals throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, using local and regional suppliers.

Paul Plummer of Go-Ahead said: "We are looking forward to working with Dayer's over the coming years and are confident that they will deliver best-in-class services for both our staff and visitors to our sites across London."

Dayer's Leo Murphy added: "We are so thrilled that Go-Ahead London has chosen Dayer's to transform its catering offer. No two Dayer's sites are the same and we understand that all of our partnerships require a unique and personal approach and we are looking forward to working with Go-Ahead London to provide them with a personal and tailored approach to food, service and technology and to refresh the experience for drivers, garage managers, union reps and staff across all eight depots."
