Tender opportunity: Pernod Ricard

In 2020, Pernod Ricard are moving two of their existing office locations into a new UK head office building on the Chiswick Park Estate in West London. They are now seeking a catering partner to provide breakfast and lunch for the 550 staff to be located on site, in addition to providing services for hospitality and corporate events.

The catering facilities on site will consist of two finishing kitchens (one for the restaurant and one for hospitality and events), a servery and washing up facilities. The majority of the offer will therefore need to be produced off site and transported in on a daily basis.

• Background details of your organisation and what you can offer
• Details of the CPU where food will be produced
• Financial accounts for the last three years
• Two references for locations where you provide similar services
