Invitation to express an interest to tender for the operation of Nottingham Playhouse restaurant/bars
Nottingham Playhouse is one of the country's leading producing theatres. It is one of the most important theatres built during the post-war period, and sits within an attractive setting which also provides the best alfresco dining space in the city.
The Playhouse is inviting expressions of interest from national, regional and independent caterers, café and restaurant operators interested in working in partnership to provide food, or food, bar and events services. It will be essential for any future partner to share our core values of creativity, quality and deep commitment to the local community and economy.
