Catering opportunity: People's History Museum, Manchester
People's History Museum (PHM), the national museum of democracy, is pleased to invite submissions from suitably qualified, enterprising and experienced caterers for the formal tender of the museum's catering provision.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide the catering at a high-profile, city centre visitor attraction. The museum is looking for a caterer who can provide a consistent standard of high-quality catering for the Left Bank café bar and to exclusively manage the hospitality offer for the museum's Venue Hire service.
The museum is located in the Spinningfields area of central Manchester. The Left Bank café bar is adjacent to Manchester Civil Justice Centre, residential and commercial neighbours and the River Irwell. The museum welcomes visitors, office workers and communities alike. PHM is a popular visitor attraction with a reputation for providing a high-quality visitor experience; we are looking for a caterer who can provide a consistent standard of high-quality catering for the year-round daytime offer of the Left Bank café bar, as well as being able to manage the hospitality offer for existing trade and growth of PHM's well-established Venue Hire service.
PHM will work in partnership with the successful caterer to provide an exceptional visitor experience and to support the future development of the museum's catering offer. We are particularly keen to hear from caterers bringing passion, enthusiasm and innovation. This opportunity offers an exciting proposition for caterers who share the museum's values and mission.
