Kingsbury High School invites tenders

Kingsbury High School, located in the London Borough of Brent, is inviting tenders for the provison of School Meal Caterering Services. Applications are invited from suitably experienced contractors.

The tendering process will consist of two stages, an initial prequalification stage and a second formal tendering stage. Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) provisions may apply.

The contract will be awarded for a period of three years commencing 1 August 2008 with an option to extend for a further two years at the school's discretion.

A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and other documents is available on request from Chris Keady, Project Co-ordinator, Procurement and Risk Management Unit, Room 5, Brent Town Hall Annex, Forty Lane, Wembley, HA9 9HD, or by fax on 020 8937 1179, by Tuesday 18 December 2007, stating whether an electronic or hard copy of the document is required.

Alternatively the document can be found and downloaded from www.brent.gov.uk/contracts.nsf; however, if you use this facility it is essential that you inform the project co-ordinator so that you receive any clarification advice that may be issued at pre-qualification stage.

The closing date for application is noon on 21 December 2007.
