Applications are invited from experienced caterers who wish to be considered for a lease of a new café and conveniences building at Cowey Sale, Walton on Thames. The premises will be finished as a shell for the prospective tenant to fit-out.

A fully repairing lease will be made available.

Any company or person wishing to be considered must first complete an application form, which is available upon request from the Asset Management and Property Services Team.

Completed forms must be returned by noon 21 March, to the Head of Asset Management & Property Services at the address below.
