Café concession business opportunity – Whinlatter Forest, Cumbria

Forestry England is inviting tenders for the operation of the Whinlatter café concession lease, near Keswick in the northern Lake District.
This is a 10-year business opportunity which includes a mutual break clause operable at any time after the end of year five, subject to 12 months' prior notice.
The opportunity includes the lease of the Whinlatter café (~100 covers) and an extensive area of adjoining outdoor terrace seating (~100 covers).
