Outside, two new public squares will come alive with pop-up music, events, and markets, creating a thriving riverside destination for everyone to enjoy.

With the creative industries being the fastest growing sector in Manchester, The Factory will have an important part to play in the future success of the economy in the city and beyond. The Opportunity:

We are inviting interest from ambitious and imaginative companies that align with our values and reflect the diversity within the region's celebrated food and drink scene, with a flexible and sustainably driven offering that will meet the needs of an estimated 850,000 visitors annually, as well as artists, performers, and staff.

Phase One is now live and includes: public bars and foyer café bar, Green Room and other back-of-house facilities. Subsequent tender phases will be for Event Catering and Pop-Up activations, including the large public realm programme.
