Punch buys Warwickshire pub restaurant

Punch Taverns has bought the Holly Bush Inn, a pub restaurant in Priors Marston, Warwickshire.

The property has a 50-seat restaurant, a pool room, and four en-suite letting bedrooms along with a beer garden and car park.

The Birmingham office of Davey & Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £795,000 on behalf of Richard Saunders, who is retiring from the trade.
