New owners for tile-fronted Exeter pub

The Victoria Inn, an Exeter local with an unusual Grade II-listed green-tiled frontage, has come under new ownership.

It is located on a corner in a residential area near the university campus and the Grecians football ground.

Along with a 20-seat open-plan bar and a 30-seats sports area, the property provides owners' accommodation on the second and third floor that comprises four bedrooms, a kitchen, an office, a bathroom, a lounge and a storage room

Stonesmith of Exeter arranged the sale of the 21-year Enterprise Inns lease off a guide price of £50,000 to Suzanne Adams and Daniel Ford.
