Local buyers snap up Devon freehouse

Local residents David and Pat Sycamore have bought the Olde Market Inn in Holsworthy, Devon, which they intend to run with their son Lee.

The freehouse incorporates a bar, a 20-seat dining room, and a function room with a dance floor that can accommodate up to 40 people.

The property has the potential to be developed as a B&B as it contains eight bedrooms across the main building and a second building to the rear.

Westcountry Commercial Business Agents sold the inn off an asking price of £375,000.
