Hinds Head in Shropshire changes hands

Sharon and Roy Brown are the new owners of the Hinds Head local pub in the Shropshire village of Norton in Hales, near Market Drayton.

The food-led pub is opposite the village's historic church and village green.

Indoors, the Hinds Head can seat a total of 80 people across the main bar, taproom back bar and dining area.

It also has an outdoor drinking area and parking for 21 cars.

Property agent Fleurets sold the leasehold off an asking price of £75,000.

The lease is a 15-year Punch Pub Growth Lease (which started in September 2003) with an annual rental of £32,982
