Food-led country pub in Worcestershire is sold

The Colliers Arms - a drive-out, food-focused pub at Clows Top in Worcesteshire - has been bought by Wendy Hill and Mike Claydon.

The country pub is on a main A road within easy reach of Kidderminster and the West Midlands conurbation. It is c such local tourist attractions as the West Midlands Safari Park and the Shropshire Hills and is close to many B&Bs, holiday homes and caravan parks.

The business incorporates a lounge bar, a 50-seat restaurant and a beer garden.

Extensive accommodation for staff includes a three-bedroom cottage and a three-bedroom apartment over the trading areas.

Outside, there is also a private patio, two stables and a paddock

The Cirencester office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the freehold off an asking price of £650,000.
