Devon operators buy Loddiswell's only pub

The only pub in the South Hams village of Loddiswell has been sold to experienced Devon licencees.

The Loddiswell Inn near Kingsbridge has been acquired by Mark and Natately Vinall, who have run a number of pub-restaurants before and have brought their former head chef Helen Greet with them.

The inn is popular with tourists, locals and walkers.

Facilities include a 45-seat L-shaped bar, a 22-seat restaurant, and two owners' flats - one with three bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen, the other with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room and a shower room.

The property also has a small patio at the front with picnic-style tables and benches.

Stonesmith of Exeter sold the leasehold off an asking price of £55,000 on behalf of previous owner Roger Pinder.
