Albion bought for redevelopment

The Albion Inn in Exmouth has been bought for redevelopment by South West Land Limited.

The freehold property had been closed prior to going on the market, previously trading as a wet-led local inn.

The ground floor features an open plan bar, while owner's accommodation on the first and second floor comprises a three bedroom apartment.

The end terrace building, which dates back to the 19th century, also features a cellar and store room. The property sold for close to the asking price of £179,500 through agent Stonesmith of Exeter.
