Wild Honey St James

Chef Anthony Demetre has opened Wild Honey St James on the former Balcon site at the Sofitel London St James hotel, serving modern European cooking combining classic French techniques with British seasonal produce.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and has a comprehensive wine list of about 100 bins, covering both New and Old World selections.

The adjacent St James Bar has also undergone a transformation and now has a marble bar top, dark blue velvet banquettes and offers classic and signature cocktails.

The full redesign of the space has been undertaken by Jim Hamilton Design.
