Comptoir Libanais founder Tony Kitous launches catering company

Tony Kitous, founder of restaurant group Comptoir Libanais, has launched catering company Feasts from the Middle East.

The company will specialise in mezze as well as dishes of roasted lamb, grilled meats and rice, while also offering vegetarian and vegan options. Feasts from the Middle East will cater for events, product launches, award ceremonies, weddings and private parties.

Kitous said: "I love food and I love entertaining so combining two of my favourite passions to create our new catering company has been really exciting. My dream has always been to see everyone enjoying Middle Eastern food as we do back home, where our warm hospitality goes hand in hand with a generous spirit.

He has partnered with events designers Admirable Crichton for what is his biggest venture since the opening of Comptoir Libanais 10 years ago.

Anis Asghar, chief executive of the Admirable Crichton, added: "Feasts from the Middle East is an incredibly exciting project.

"Food brings people together, so what better way to bring such delicious and Middle Eastern dishes to life than through this partnership? We're delighted to be working with Tony and his team on this project to ensure that authentic Middle Eastern cuisine comes alive in some of the best venues and finest events across Europe."
