Trio of central London hotels on the market for £46m

A trio of hotels in central London have been brought to market for £46m by an undisclosed owner.

The properties include the 62-bedroom Seraphine Hammersmith hotel, the 40-bedroom Seraphine Kensington Olympia and the 80-bedroom Holiday Inn Express London Ealing (pictured).

The Seraphine Hammersmith hotel is a member of Best Western's Sure Hotel Collection and is available free of the branding from 31 December 2021 (or earlier at a cost).

The Kensington hotel trades as an independent property; while the Holiday Inn Express Ealing, has planning permission for 27 additional rooms.

Justin Davies, senior broker at Christie & Co, which is marketing the hotels, said: "We are delighted to be bringing this unique collection of London hotels to market and believe this group will appeal to a range of both domestic and foreign investors, looking to acquire well performing assets in key trading locations."

Christie & Co is inviting offers for both the portfolio or individual properties.
