Wildwood to open in Kingston-upon-Thames amid wider expansion
Wildwood Kitchen & Deli, owned by the Tasty Group, is set to open in Kingston-upon-Thames in November.
The 3,500 sq ft space is set to open in mid-November, and has been signed on a 25-year lease. The move forms part of the company's wider expansion plans, which has recently seen it open in Port Solent, Portsmouth in September, and will include forthcoming openings in Brentwood, Essex; Whiteleys, Hampshire, and Liverpool's Clayton Square centre.
The Kingston-upon-Thames branch will offer the group's usual menu, including pasta, risotto, stone-baked pizzas, grills, seafood, and salads.
London-based Restaurant Property specialist advised on the lease, which has a rent of £125,000 per year.
First opened in 2008, the group now operates around 30 sites across London, the Midlands, and the South of England.
Commenting on the Kingston opening, David Rawlinson, founder and director of Restaurant Property, said: "Kingston has been on Wildwood's requirements list for a long time and we are thrilled to have secured such a prime spot in the town for our clients."
