Latest heated food merchandiser from Corsair provides a simple way of cashing in on the tasty Tex-Mex crispy snack of nachos. The table top unit is priced at £408 and measures 700mm long by 350mm wide by 700mm. It comprises a heated rod element base and quartz light overhead warmer. Nachos (or other suitable food), is placed in a Gastronorm 1/1 tray. Variable heat switching is fitted.
Corsair also makes a series of thermostatically controlled heated Hotlock cabinets including a circular shelved pizza merchandiser - holding three full-size pizzas and priced at £585 - plus an 800-watt food merchandiser and 500-watt pie warmer.
