Stonegate Pub Company acquires the Living Room
The Stonegate Pub Company has acquired the Living Room brand of 13 sites from Premium Bars & Restaurants.
The transaction follows the company's recent acquisitions of The Queens Head in Frodsham, Cheshire, and a new larger site for the Slug & Lettuce brand in the O2 Greenwich arena.

Stonegate Pub Company is believed to be the largest privately held managed pub operator in the UK with 573 outlets across the following brands: Classic Inns, Local Pubs, Great Traditional Pubs, Slug and Lettuce, Scream, Yates, Bars & Venues, Missoula and Living Room. It has an annual turnover of £500m and employs more than 10,500 people.
