Red Carnation founder Bea Tollman to be inducted into the Travel and Hospitality Hall of Fame

Red Carnation Hotel Collection founder Bea Tollman is to be inducted into the British Travel and Hospitality Hall of Fame.

Tollman has led the Red Carnation Hotel Collection for the past 35 years and created a legacy in 17 individually designed properties.

She will be celebrated alongside Frank Del Rio, chief executive of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, AMAWaterways co-owners Kristin Karst and Rudi Schreiner, and Gary and Rita Beckwith, founders of City Cruises at a gala dinner at The Dorchester hotel in London on 29 April.

The Hall of Fame is owned and hosted by Jacobs Media Group, the parent company of flagship brands The Caterer and Travel Weekly.

It recognises the highest achievers in the travel, hospitality, tourism and leisure sectors, honouring those who have achieved significant business success while inspiring and shaping the wider industry.

In addition to recognising those with a track record of success, the Hall of Fame also celebrates rising talent with awards for young managers and entrepreneurs.
Further awards recognise business excellence and commitment to sustainability.

Clive Jacobs, chairman of Jacobs Media Group, said: "I am delighted that we will be welcoming six outstanding and worthy members to the Hall of Fame this year.

"Membership of the Hall of Fame is the ultimate benchmark of achievement in the travel and hospitality industries, and our 2019 inductees have each represented those industries with distinction over many years."
