THE latest offering from Fairway Foodservice are traditional English puds called the Long Pudding Range, available in a variety of forms to suit individual establishments.
The varieties are: Chocolate Chip, Spotted Dick, Lemon Jam Roly Poly and Treacle Roly Poly.
All are in single service, microwaveable or oven-bake portions or, as ready-scored 14 portion, Swiss roll-style desserts. These can be oven-baked or microwaved.
Single serve portions cost 17p to 18p each with the multi portions costing £2.36 for Chocolate Chip, Spotted Dick and £2.54 for Lemon Jam Roly Poly and Treacle Roly Poly.
