Steamroller Restaurants, the holding company of Hush, the London restaurant owned by the son of actor Roger Moore, is looking for more London properties and could seek a stock market flotation within two years.

west London with a view to opening another restaurant in the first half of next year. A spokesman said that once the company has around six properties it will consider a stock market flotation. In December, a second Hush will open in the Swiss ski-resort Gstaad. In its first full year's trading, in the year ended April 2002, Steamroller Restaurants, which also includes private dining rooms above its Mayfair restaurant and a wine shop, increased pre-tax profits from £325,000 to £445,000. Turnover increased from £2.8m to £3.6m.
