Last call for Chef Eats Out in Edinburgh

You don't need a kilt, but you do need to get back to us fast to secure a place at Michelin-starred Jeff Bland's Chef Eats Out at the Balmoral hotel, Edinburgh, on Monday 15 March.

Bland's four-course menu will showcase Scotland's superb produce, with grilled fillet of Scotch beef and curried oxtail supplied through Quality Meat Scotland at the heart of the meal. Langoustines from Skye and scallops from Dingwall on the east coast will be key ingredients in the first two courses.

With specially selected wines accompanying each course and Bland's promise of "a few more bits and pieces", including a kitchen tour, the event offers an outstanding opportunity to learn how a Michelin-starred restaurant works. Why not come along and meet the brigade and Caterer's Chef team?
