How to get to Hotelympia

The ExCel conference venue is in one of the best-connected parts of London, with good links by road, rail and tube, and easy access to the airports

Routes to ExCel

By Tube

ExCel is connected to the Jubilee line at Canning Town via a three-minute DLR journey to ExCel's dedicated station, Custom House for ExCel. ExCel is also connected to the Central, Northern, Circle, District and Waterloo & City lines at Bank and the Circle and District line at Tower Hill via the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).

By Train

ExCel is easily accessible from all main-line train stations in London.n Silverlink: The Silverlink train service operates between Richmond to North Woolwich via Kew, Acton, Willesden, Hampstead, Homerton, Stratford and Custom House for ExCel.n Eurostar: From Waterloo, catch the Jubilee line eastbound to Canning Town. From here, change for the DLR to Custom House for ExCel.

By air

London City Airport: Flights from all over the UK and Europe. ExCel is just five minutes away by taxi.n Heathrow: Take the tube to Green Park on the Piccadilly line, and catch the Jubilee line eastbound to Canning Town. From here, change for the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) to Custom House for ExCel, just two stops away.

Alternatively, catch the Heathrow Express to Paddington. Take the Bakerloo line east to Baker Street and catch the Jubilee line eastbound to Canning Town, then continue as above.

Gatwick: Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria. From here, take the District or Circle line eastbound to Westminster. Change for the Jubilee line eastbound to Canning Town, then as above.

Stansted: Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street and from here take the Central line eastbound to Stratford. From Stratford, take the Jubilee line westbound to Canning Town. Change here for the DLR to Custom House for ExCel.

By Road

ExCel is just a 10-minute drive from Tower Bridge and a 25-minute drive from junction 30 on the M25. It is easily reached from Central London via the Limehouse Link and from other parts of the country via the M25, A13, M11, A406 (North Circular), the Blackwall Tunnel and Rotherhithe Tunnel. Follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCel. There are spaces for 4,000 cars.
