Gillian Thomson becomes special advisor to hospitality cleaning specialist ACT
Gillian Thomson has been appointed special advisor to the board of directors of hospitality contract cleaning specialists ACT.
Thomson, who left her role at Gordon Ramsay Holdings as global head of operations last May, joins ACT from Company of Cooks where she was managing director until January.
The special advisor role will see Thomson use her 15 years' experience of working with five-star, AA-rosette properties and Michelin-starred restaurants to help ACT develop its bespoke cleaning and support services service within the luxury hospitality sector.
Thomson said: "With experience that includes working with some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the world, including Claridges, The Savoy and Gordon Ramsay's eponymous three-star restaurant, I believe I'm ideally placed to help ACT further understand and deliver the bespoke type of service and customer care required to satisfy the most discerning of clients.
"I truly believe ACT is revolutionising the cleaning arena within hospitality."
