Foodservice technology show heads for Texas

The Dallas Convention Centre in Texas plays host to the sixth annual international Foodservice Technology show from 21-24 October.
The event operates as a forum for caterers, hoteliers and restaurateurs to meet and discuss issues that affect foodservice technology.

This year's event will include 38 seminars, with speakers from Compass, Hyatt International, Stanford University, the Seattle Coffee Company and many more.
Topics for debate will include: how to use technology and the Internet to increase profitability and improve customer relations; the future for technology within the industry; and technology trends.
Supplier of foodservice technology products and services taking part will include IBM, Micros, Mircosoft and NCR.
