The awards are designed to recognise excellence among products available in the food service sector and to raise the profile of good food and drink to the whole industry.
Last year's event was an absolute winner and the third year will see it build into the most prestigious food and drink awards in the hospitality industry.
The 2005 awards lunch will be held on Friday 25 November at the Dorchester hotel in London's Park Lane, a fitting venue for this fantastic awards scheme.
